Esorae Foundation is a non-profit in Nigeria founded in 2020 with a mission to break the cycle of poverty through education, youth empowerment, and community outreach. Our vision is to create opportunities and transform lives by providing scholarships to bright but indigent students from disadvantaged backgrounds, empowering youth to reach their full potential, and engaging in impactful social work initiatives.

Our Five Year Plan sets out pathways to achieve five strategic goals:
- Scholarship Provision: Expand access to quality education for disadvantaged students. We will increase the number of scholarships awarded, establish robust fundraising channels, and provide ongoing academic and mentorship support to ensure our scholars succeed.
- Youth Empowerment: Prepare young people for fulfilling careers and leadership roles. We will collaborate with vocational institutes and offer skills training, leadership development programs, and career guidance and job placement services.
- Community Outreach: Address urgent needs and empower communities. Through collaboration with local leaders and organizations, we will conduct needs assessments and implement targeted programs focusing on health, literacy, infrastructure, and other key areas.
- Promote Educational Equity: Advocate for every child’s right to learn. We will launch awareness campaigns, partner with policymakers, and champion initiatives to improve educational access and resources for marginalized populations.
- Long-Term Impact: Ensure sustainable change beyond our programs. We will track the progress of our alumni, conduct longitudinal studies to measure our impact, and use these insights to strengthen our work and demonstrate our value to stakeholders.
